Memorial Day Weekend!

Todd and I decided to take Trevor to the bowling alley for the first time. He has two plastic bowling sets at home that he loves to play with. So we invited a our friends Michael and Becca to come with us. Trevor had such a great time and really did well for his first time bowling. He carried the 6 lb. ball up to the line and rolled it down the lane. He cheered for his ball to knock over the pins just about the whole way. He would rest with this hands on his knees until the ball knocked the pins over and then he would jump up and cheer. Trevor would usually run back to one of us and give us five. It was so much fun to watch him enjoy this new activity.

On Monday, we invited a few friends to the Hunter's pool for the day. The kids had so much fun and played so well together. I was amazed that Trevor stayed in the pool for 7 hours, getting out only to eat and use the restroom. In fact, today he has a little rash from his bathing suit. All the kids looked a little waterlogged by that evening. Taylor and Luke spent most of the afternoon sleeping. It was a great weekend!
