As many of you know, Todd has been struggling with calling over the past year and a half. We've sensed pretty strongly that full time ministry in worship leading is the main thing God is calling him to do. Therefore, he has been in the process of interviewing with several churches, the main three being here in Bham, Tuscaloosa and Cary, NC. After many visits, times of leading worship, interviewing, much prayer and counsel, we have accepted the job offer from Trinity Park Church PCA, in Cary, NC. His official job title is Director of Worship and Connection. Along with leading worship he will be responsible for internal/external communications, keeping up with visitors, getting them plugged in, and managing the website. We are so excited to know this is God's plan for us and where we will be living starting the end of July. The pastor and Todd are good friends so this will be a unique opportunity as they will be partnering together to plant a church. Please pray for us as we make decisions to sell or rent our house here and go this weekend to house hunt there in NC. We feel very fortunate that out of all the places the Lord could lead us that Cary was just rated the #1 place to raise a family. The area offers many parks and trails and is just overall a beautiful place. We have already seen in many ways God's provision for us as we make plans to transition from Modern Sales to Trinity Park and from Birmingham to Cary.
I am way behind on blogging...Hunter's graduation/fun in Orlando, Ty's 7 month, Father's Day, swimming, etc. Hopefully I can catch up soon and also post a picture of our new house in Cary. Thanks for your love and prayers!

Wow! That is so exciting!! But I am a little sad y'all are moving! I will miss seeing y'all! Can't wait to keep up with you on the blog though!
